This website contains information about my "Private Personal Fund" and Ray Han Consulting Investment Management is not a registered company's name, which means my business is not authorized or supervised by any government department.

This business opportunity introduced on this website is personally owned and all the business with the clients are based on trust and reputation: The contracts between two parties are bound by the law.

The business "Private Personal Fund" I refer to is my service to individual or institutional investors by managing their cash assets to increase the value on stock market of Chinese mainland, Hong Kong or/and foreign countries.

The basic operational practice of mutual fund is applied in the term of assembling assets from clients, managing investment and sharing the revenue or bearing the loss. But unlike mutual fund, this business does not charge the clients the management fee, purchasing fee, redemption fee or any other fees usually involved in the mutual funds on the market. The Value Per Share (every Friday after market*) recorded On the webpage of "VPS" is the mutual investment revenue for both parties shared by the client 30% and me 70%.

From the first deal on 10th, April in 2006, I have been working consistently on stock market ever since. With my unique  interpretations and up-to-date analysis on Chinese Stock Market, I am thriving from managing my personal finance into offering investment consulting services to clients who are hoping to utilize their assets properly with solid growth. Starting in February, 2007, I succeeded to get entrusted to manage cash flows from clients within separate accounts. For delivering better services to my clients, one aggregate account became necessary. As of 2nd, August 2010, all investments are merged and managed together. Thus all clients have the convenience to acquire the latest update and get to know their asset balance upon the VPS announcement.

Please understand that risks exist all the time. Prompt decisions need to be made for each buying or selling transaction and these decisions have a direct impact on the investment result. I make these decisions independently and any suggestions from the clients or the third party are not acceptable. I state that I will work cautiously with occupational skills to the utmost extent.

* Must be a Working Friday on the stock market, otherwise, VPS will be announced on the next working Friday.
